Do I need a website already?

No. Levflex builds one for you the moment you sign up, using your gym's name, colours, and a template you choose. You edit the words and photos, then publish when you're ready. If you already have a domain, you can point it at your Levflex site on the Growth and Pro plans.

Is there an app for my clients?

Yes. Your client portal installs to a phone's home screen straight from your website — on iPhone and Android — and works like an app, with push notifications for reminders and announcements. It carries your brand, not ours.

How do my clients pay?

Through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account in a few minutes and payouts go directly to you. Clients can buy session packs or subscribe to monthly memberships, and credits are applied to bookings automatically.

Can I bring my existing clients across?

Yes. Invite them by email and they set their own password on your branded portal. If you have a larger list, get in touch and we'll help you move it over.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Pick a plan any time during your 14 days to keep going without interruption. If you don't, your public site and client portal pause — but nothing is deleted, and you can still sign in to your dashboard to choose a plan.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your clients, content, and history belong to your gym. Each gym's data is kept separate from every other gym's, and we never sell it or market to your members.
