Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. You only add billing details when you decide to stay.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
Does Levflex take a cut of my client payments?
No. Client payments are processed by Stripe at its standard rates and paid out to your own Stripe account. Your Levflex subscription is the only thing we charge.
What happens if I go over my client limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You'll be asked to move up a plan before adding new clients past the limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the period you've paid for. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts.
