How to promote partners, flyers and offers

The Marketing page lets you promote the people who work with your clients, such as a massage therapist or physio, and post flyers, logos or promo cards. Set dates and materials appear and disappear on their own on your Partners page, Homepage or Client portal.

Before you begin#

• Sign in as the owner or an admin.
• Files must be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or PDF, up to 5 MB.

Add a provider#

1. Go to Marketing and scroll to Add a provider.
2. Enter Name, Service (for example Sports Massage), Credentials, When they're in and About.
3. Add Website, Instagram, Phone and Email if you like.
4. Tick Show on the site and optionally Feature at the top.
5. Select Add Provider. You'll see Provider added.

Add a flyer or promo#

1. Scroll to Material and the Add Material form.
2. Enter a Title and choose Where: Partners page, Homepage or Client portal.
3. Choose a Type: Flyer, Logo or Promo card, and optionally link a Provider.
4. Add a Caption, Button text and Button link, plus an optional File (optional).
5. Set Show from and Hide after.
6. Select Publish.

Common mistakes#

Unticking Show on the site by mistake#

Providers without Show on the site don't appear publicly. Use it to hide someone temporarily.

Uploading large photos#

Files over 5 MB are rejected. Export flyers as compressed JPEG or PDF.

Forgetting the button link#

A promo card with Button text but no Button link doesn't send people anywhere.

Select View public page → on Marketing to see your Partners page.
