This article shows you how to design your gym's public website and publish it. Until you publish, visitors see a branded coming soon page, although sign-in and sign-up already work. Every change previews instantly, but nothing goes live until you save.

Warning: Leaving sample photos and text on your published site can result in visitors seeing details that aren't yours. Always replace anything marked Sample photo · replace with your own before you publish.

Before you begin#

  • Your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB). A transparent PNG at least 600px wide works best.
  • A hero photo (up to 2 MB).
  • Your services, address, hours and social links.

Set your logo and colours#

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.
  2. Upload your Primary logo, an optional Logo for dark backgrounds (optional) and an App icon (optional) (at least 512×512).
  3. Pick your Brand colour and Dark colour, or use a colour from your logo.
  4. Select Save colours.

Design your site#

  1. Go to Website.
  2. Pick a Template: Club, Studio, Signature, Bold, Clean or Boutique.
  3. Choose Fonts: Modern, Athletic, Bold, Classic or Friendly.
  4. Add a Tagline and upload a Hero image.
  5. Select Save design.

Write your content#

  1. Fill in Homepage & contact: Headline, Intro, Story, Services, Address, Hours, Phone, Email and social links.
  2. Leave a service's Description blank to hide it.
  3. Select Save content.

Publish#

  1. Check the Live preview in desktop and phone sizes.
  2. Select Publish website. The status changes from Draft to Published.
  3. To hide it again, select Unpublish.

Common mistakes#

Renaming services without checking booking#

The first two Services names are also what clients see when they book. Keep them clear, such as Personal Training and Group Class.

Switching templates and losing your look#

A new template previews first. You'll see Previewing — save to put this layout live. Only Save design changes your live site.

Using a low-contrast brand colour#

If your brand colour is close to your dark colour, you'll see a warning. Choose a brighter brand colour so buttons stay readable.

Your live site is at your-gym.levflex.com. Select Open site on Website to see it.
