How to respond to a new time from your gym
When your gym cancels a session or suggests a time, you get an offer to accept or decline. Accepting books the new time with your returned credit.

Sometimes your gym needs to move a session, or a trainer spots a time that suits you. When that happens, your gym sends you an offer for a new time. If the gym cancelled your session, your credit has already been returned. Accepting the offer books the new time and uses that credit again. Offers stay open for 7 days unless your gym has changed that, or until the time starts or fills up.
Warning: Waiting too long to answer can result in the new time filling up or the offer expiring. Always respond as soon as you see the offer.
Before you begin#
- Turn on notifications so you hear about offers straight away. See How to turn on notifications.
- Have enough credits for the new time. You need 1 per spot.
On the web#
- Open the portal overview. Offers show at the top as [name] suggested a new time.
- Select Respond.
- Review the Cancelled session, the Proposed time and any note from the gym.
- Select Accept This Time to book it, or Decline & Pick Another to choose any open time.
In the Levflex app#
- Tap the offer under Reschedule offers on the Home tab, or the notification.
- Review Was, New time and Note from the gym.
- Tap Accept new time to book it.
- Tap Decline if it doesn't suit you, and confirm.
What happens after you answer#
| Your answer | Result |
|---|---|
| Accept | You're booked into the new time. It uses the same number of credits as your original booking |
| Decline after the gym cancelled | Your returned credit stays on your balance to book any time |
| Decline an offer with no cancellation | Your existing bookings aren't changed |
| No answer | The offer expires. Your returned credit stays on your balance |
Common mistakes#
Thinking the credit is lost when the gym cancels#
When the gym cancels, you always get your credit back, whatever the timing. The offer page says Your credit was returned.
Trying to accept without enough credits#
If you spent the returned credit on another booking, you'll see You need [number] session credits to take this slot. Select Buy sessions, or decline and pick another time.
Answering an old offer#
If you see You've already answered this offer, This offer has expired or That offer is no longer available, the offer is closed. Book any open time instead.
