Notifications tell you when a booking is confirmed, when your gym changes or offers a new time, and when your coach messages you. You can get push notifications on your phone in the Levflex app, or in your browser from the web portal, and choose whether your gym emails you. Password codes and account emails are always sent.
Warning: Turning off notifications in your phone's settings can result in missing reschedule offers, which expire. Always keep push on for Levflex if your gym moves sessions.
Before you begin#
- Sign in to the Levflex app, or to your gym's portal on the web.
- On iPhone, to get push from the web portal, add the portal to your Home Screen first.
In the Levflex app#
- Go to Account > Notifications.
- Turn on Push notifications.
- Allow notifications when your phone asks.
- Turn on or off Email updates to choose whether your gym emails you.
On the web#
- Select Account in the portal.
- Find Push notifications and select Turn on.
- Allow notifications when your browser asks. You'll see On for this device.
- Tick or untick the email option under Notifications to get booking confirmations, session reminders and updates, then select Save Changes.
On iPhone, open the portal in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open it from the Home Screen and then turn on push.

Common mistakes#
Blocking notifications at the phone level#
If you see Notifications are turned off for Levflex in your device settings, open your phone's settings, find Levflex and allow notifications.
Turning on push on one device only#
Push is set per device. Turn it on in the app on each phone you use, and in each browser.
Turning off email and missing booking confirmations#
Turning off email updates stops all emails from your gym, including booking confirmations, reminders and messages. Password codes and account emails still arrive. If you turn email off, keep push on so you still hear about changes.
