How to change your Levflex web address
The owner can change it on Settings → Domain → Change address; old links stop working, so update anything you've shared.

Your Levflex address is your-gym.levflex.com. It always works, even after you connect your own domain. Only the owner can change it. When you do, old links stop working, including links in emails you've sent and QR codes you've printed.
Warning: Changing your address can result in clients' saved links, printed QR codes and the app invite link no longer working. Always update everything you've shared straight after.
Before you begin#
- Sign in as the gym's owner.
- List where you've shared your address: social bios, flyers, emails and QR codes.
Steps#
- Go to Settings → Domain.
- Find Your Levflex address and open Change address.
- Enter the New address.
- Tick I understand, change my address.
- Select Change address. You'll see Your address is now ... Update any links you've shared.
Common mistakes#
Changing it instead of adding a domain#
To use www.yourgym.com, connect a custom domain instead. Your Levflex address doesn't need to change.
Forgetting printed QR codes#
Download a new QR code from Settings → Mobile app → Download QR code.
Changing it often#
Members find your gym in the Levflex app by name, but shared links depend on the address. Change it once at most.
Your new address works immediately, and your sign-up link on Clients updates with it.
