How session credits work
A session credit books one spot. Credits come from packs, memberships, referrals and returned cancellations, and Levflex doesn't expire them.

A session credit is what you spend to book. Each credit books one spot in one session, for you or a guest. Your balance shows on the portal header, on Payments and on the app's Home and Wallet tabs. Levflex doesn't put an expiry date on credits, but your gym can adjust your balance, so ask your gym if it has its own rules.
Warning: Refunds can result in credits being removed from your balance, in proportion to the amount refunded. Always use or keep the credits you need before asking your gym for a refund.
Where credits come from#
| Source | Credits added | When |
|---|---|---|
| Single session | 1 | After payment |
| Session pack | The pack's number of sessions | After payment |
| Membership | The plan's sessions per month | After each monthly payment |
| Cancelling in time | The credits on that booking | Straight away |
| Your gym cancels | The credits on that booking | Straight away |
| A friend you referred finishes their first session | 1 | When the gym marks the session complete |
| Your gym adds credits by hand | Any number | When the gym adds them |
Where credits go#
- Booking: 1 credit per spot, taken when you confirm.
- Late cancellation: the credit isn't returned. See How the cancellation window works.
- Refunds: when your gym refunds a purchase, the matching share of its credits is removed. Your balance never goes below 0.
- Deleting your account: remaining credits are lost.
Check your balance#
- Look at the credit badge at the top of the portal, or the Home tab in the app.
- Select Payments (web) or Wallet (app) to see your balance and purchase history.
Common mistakes#
Expecting credits to work at another gym#
Credits belong to the gym you bought them from. They can't be moved to another gym or turned back into money by Levflex.
Thinking membership credits reset each month#
Levflex adds your membership's credits each month without removing unused ones. If your gym has a use-it-or-lose-it rule, it applies that itself, so check with your gym.
Counting a booking before it's confirmed#
A credit is only used once you see You're booked. If a booking fails, no credit is taken.
Troubleshooting#
- Is your balance lower than you expected?
- YesCheck your bookings for late cancellations and your purchase history for refunds. Then contact your gym, which can see every change.
- NoYou're ready to book a session.
