How to refer a friend and earn a free session

You can invite friends to your gym with your own referral link or code. When a friend signs up with it and finishes their first session, you earn 1 free session credit. The reward is added when your gym marks your friend's first session as complete, so it can take a little while after the session.

Before you begin#

• Make sure your friend wants to train at the same gym. Referrals only count within one gym.
• Your friend needs to create a new account. Existing members can't be referred.

On the web#

1. Select Refer a friend in the portal menu.
2. Copy Your link, or share Your referral code.
3. Send it to your friend.
4. Check Your referrals to see their progress.

In the Levflex app#

1. Go to Account and tap Refer a friend, or tap it on the Home tab.
2. Tap Share invite to send your code and link, or tap Copy to copy the code.
3. Check Your referrals to see who joined.

Common mistakes#

Expecting the credit when your friend books#

The reward comes after your friend's first session is completed, not when they book or buy. Your gym marks sessions complete, sometimes later the same day.

Referring someone who already has an account#

Referrals only work for new accounts at the gym. If your friend already signed up, the code can't be linked.

Sharing a code from another gym#

Your code only works at the gym it came from. If you train at two gyms, each has its own code.

Troubleshooting#

• Does your friend appear in Your referrals?
  • Yes
    Wait until their first session is marked complete. If it's been more than a week, ask your gym.
  • No
    They may have signed up without your code. Ask your gym, which can check.
• Did you get a notification but no credit?
  • Yes
    Refresh your balance on Payments or Wallet. See How session credits work.
  • No
    Your balance is up to date.

Your free session is a regular credit, so you can book any open time with it.
