Levflex refund policy for your plan

Billing errors are always refunded; your first paid charge can be refunded within 14 days; yearly plans can be refunded for unused months within 30 days; most monthly renewals aren't refunded.

This policy covers what your gym pays Levflex for its plan. Billing mistakes are always refunded in full. Some other charges can be refunded if you ask within a set time, and most monthly renewals can't. It doesn't cover what your clients pay you: you're the merchant for those payments and you set that policy yourself.

Warning: Waiting too long can result in a charge no longer qualifying for a refund. Always request a refund within 14 days of the charge, or 30 days for a yearly plan.

Which charges can be refunded#

SituationRefundTime limitHow often
Billing error: charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled100%NoneAlways
First paid charge after your free trial100%14 days from the chargeOnce per gym
Yearly plan you cancel soon after payingUnused full months (yearly price × unused months ÷ 12)30 days from the chargeSee limits below
Monthly renewal when nobody on your team has signed in since the charge100%14 days from the chargeOnce per 12 months
Any other monthly renewalNo refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access to the end of the paid month——

Example: you pay $1,290 for Growth yearly and cancel 20 days later. Eleven full months are unused, so the refund is $1,290 × 11 ÷ 12 = $1,182.50.

What a refund changes#

  • A first charge, yearly or inactive monthly refund also ends your plan straight away. You can't keep the plan and the refund.
  • A billing error refund doesn't change your plan.
  • Refunds go back to the card that paid. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.

Limits#

  • At most one refund for a first charge, yearly plan or inactive month per gym every 12 months. Billing errors don't count.
  • No refund for a first charge, yearly plan or inactive month if the gym has disputed a Levflex charge with its bank, or was refunded before and then resubscribed.
  • Some requests are checked by a person before they're approved. This adds up to one business day.

How to request a refund#

  1. Go to levflex.com/help and start a chat with the Levflex assistant, or email [email protected] from the owner's email address.
  2. Say which invoice you mean. The invoice number is on Billing → Invoices.
  3. Confirm the refund when it's offered. If it needs a check, you'll get a case number and an email reply.

Common mistakes#

Disputing the charge with your bank first#

A chargeback takes weeks, and it makes your gym ineligible for refunds other than billing errors. Ask us first. Billing errors are refunded without a dispute.

Expecting a downgrade to be refunded#

Switching to a cheaper plan credits the difference to your Levflex account for future invoices. It isn't a cash refund.

Asking for a refund of a client's payment#

Levflex can't refund what clients paid your gym. Refund them yourself from Payments. See How to refund a client's purchase.

If you had a problem that didn't cost you money, you may qualify for a credit instead. See Service credits for Levflex outages and problems.
