Monthly vs yearly billing for your Levflex plan
Yearly billing costs about 17% less than paying monthly, and yearly plans can be partly refunded if you cancel within 30 days of the charge.

You can pay for any Levflex plan monthly or yearly. Yearly costs about 17% less and is billed once a year in advance. Refunds work differently for each: a yearly charge can be refunded for unused full months only if you cancel within 30 days of the charge.
Warning: Cancelling a yearly plan more than 30 days after the charge can result in no refund for the unused months. Always decide within 30 days of your renewal date.

How to switch#
- Go to Billing.
- Select Yearly or Monthly above the plans.
- Select Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly on your current plan.
Common mistakes#
Switching to yearly at the end of a monthly cycle to save on the month#
Switching is prorated, so you're credited for the unused part of the month you already paid. You don't lose anything by switching mid-month.
Expecting a refund for a yearly plan after 30 days#
After 30 days, cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid year. There's no refund for the remaining months. See Levflex refund policy.
Choosing yearly before you're sure about limits#
If your client numbers may grow fast, choose the plan that fits where you'll be. Upgrades during the year are prorated, but downgrades are only credited, not refunded.
