Premium clients explained

Premium is a service tier, not a paid plan; clients reach it by spending $2,500, training 3 years, or being upgraded by you, and Premium clients skip the cancellation window and see Premium-only time.

Premium is a service tier for your most established clients. It isn't something they buy. Premium clients are exempt from the cancellation window and can see Premium-only times on your calendar. On a client's profile, the Membership box sets Member (standard) or Premium. This is separate from the paid monthly memberships on Pricing.

Warning: Making a client Premium means they never lose a credit for late cancelling. Always reserve Premium for clients you trust with that flexibility.

Member vs paid membership#

  • Member / Premium on a client's profile is the service tier.
  • Monthly Memberships on Pricing are paid subscriptions that add credits each month.

A client can be on a paid monthly membership and be either a Member or Premium.

Common mistakes#

Thinking Premium costs the client more#

Premium doesn't change what a client pays. It changes the rules and the times they can book.

Expecting Premium to be removed automatically#

Once Premium, always Premium, unless you change it on the client's profile.

Opening Premium-only time with no Premium clients#

If no one is Premium, nobody can see that time. Check the Premium filter on Clients.

The Est. net worth ($) and Why (private) fields on the Membership box are notes for your team only. Clients never see them.
