This article shows you how to set what clients pay. Clients buy session credits: a single session gives 1 credit, a session pack (bundle) gives a set number, and a monthly membership adds credits every month it renews. Each booking uses 1 credit per person. Prices go live on your public pricing page as soon as you save.
Warning: Saving a price change updates your public site immediately and can result in clients seeing a price you didn't mean to publish. Always check the amounts before you select Save Prices.
Before you begin#
- Connect Stripe so clients can pay. See How to connect Stripe to take payments.
- Check your Currency on Settings → Business profile.
- Decide how many sessions each pack and membership includes.
Set a single-session price#
- Go to Pricing.
- Enter an amount under Single Session → Price per session.
- Select Save Prices.
Add a session pack#
- Go to Pricing and scroll to Add a Session Pack.
- Enter a Name (for example 20-Session Pack), the number of Sessions, the Price ($) and an optional Description.
- Select Add Pack. You'll see Session pack added.
Add a monthly membership#
- Go to Pricing and scroll to Add a Membership.
- Enter a Name (for example Unlimited), Sessions / month and Price ($/mo).
- Select Add Membership. You'll see Membership plan added.
Edit or hide an option#
Under Session Packs or Monthly Memberships, change the fields or untick Show on site, then select Save Prices.
How each option works#
| Option | Client pays | Credits | Renews |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single session | Once | 1 | No |
| Session pack | Once | The pack's Sessions | No |
| Monthly membership | Every month, through Stripe | Sessions / month, added each paid month | Until the client or you cancel it |
Unused credits stay on the client's balance.
Common mistakes#
Deleting a pack instead of hiding it#
Untick Show on site to stop selling an option. Clients who already bought it keep their credits.
Forgetting guests use credits#
A client who brings 2 guests uses 3 credits. Set Max guests per booking under Premium & Policy to control this.
Expecting to cancel a membership from Levflex#
Memberships renew monthly until they are stopped. Stop one from Payments → Client payments → Refund a payment → Stop this membership. Refund any membership payment, the first one or a renewal, from Payments → Client payments → Refund a payment. See How to refund a client's purchase.
Confusing paid memberships with Premium#
The Membership box on a client's profile sets Premium status, not a paid plan. See Premium clients explained.
Your changes show on your website's pricing page straight away. Purchases appear on Payments → Client payments.
