How sessions for different trainers work on one calendar
Different coaches can have blocks at the same time; other trainers' blocks show in their own colour with their name, and clients can pick a trainer or set a preferred one.

Levflex lets different coaches run sessions at the same time, but one coach can never be in two blocks at once. On the Calendar, other trainers' blocks are shown in their own colour, with their name, so you can tell them from yours. Clients can choose a trainer when they book, or set a preferred trainer.
Warning: Leaving a block on No specific coach can result in it not showing under any trainer for clients who filter by coach. Always assign a Coach when a session belongs to one person.
How the calendar shows coaches#

The Hide other trainers choice is remembered for each trainer.
Rules for overlapping time#
- Different coaches can have blocks at the same time.
- The same coach can't be in two overlapping blocks.
- Blocks with no coach belong to the gym.
- To drag new time over another coach's block on Drag Calendar, first show just one coach, or select Hide other trainers.
How clients choose a trainer#
- When booking, clients can pick any trainer with open time.
- A client's Preferred trainer makes booking open on that trainer's times. They can still pick anyone else. Clients set it on their Account page, and you can set it on their profile under Preferred trainer.
- A trainer's Short bio (optional) (up to 280 characters, set on Team → the trainer → Coaching profile) shows next to their name when clients choose.
Common mistakes#
Mistaking another trainer's block for your own#
Your own blocks use the gym's colours. A block in another colour with a name belongs to that trainer.
Seeing a time as double-booked#
Two coaches at the same time is allowed. It's only a conflict if it's the same coach.
Leaving coaches without bios#
Clients choose more confidently with a short bio. Add one on Team → the trainer → Coaching profile.
Changes to coaches and blocks show to clients as soon as you save.
