Connecting your work or personal calendar helps you find session times that fit your week. Levflex reads when you're busy and puts open times that don't clash at the top of the Book page under Recommended for you. It warns you before you book over a commitment. It never adds, changes or deletes anything in your calendar.
Warning: Sharing a calendar's private iCal address with anyone else can result in them seeing your schedule. Always paste the address only into your gym's portal and keep it private.
Before you begin#
- Know which calendar you use most, for example your work Outlook or personal Google Calendar.
- For Outlook, Apple or another calendar, find its private iCal (.ics) address in that calendar's settings.
- Use the website or the app. In the app, Account > Connected calendars opens this page in your browser, already signed in.
Connect Google Calendar#
- Select My calendar in the portal menu, or Connected calendars in the app.
- Select Connect Google Calendar.
- Choose your Google account and allow access.
- Check for Calendar connected and the number of upcoming commitments found.
Connect Outlook, Apple or another calendar#
- Copy your calendar's private iCal address. Select Where do I find that address? on the page for help with Google, Outlook and Apple.
- Enter a Name, for example Work, and choose Work or Personal under Type.
- Paste the address into iCal address.
- Select Connect Calendar.
Manage connected calendars#
| Action | How |

Common mistakes#
Expecting sessions to appear in your calendar#
This connection reads your busy times to help you book. It doesn't add your gym sessions to your calendar.
Pasting the public share link instead of the private iCal address#
Calendar apps offer several links. Use the one ending in .ics, or starting with webcal:// for Apple. A normal sharing link won't work.
Thinking a clash stops you booking#
A time that overlaps an event shows Clashes with that event. It's only a warning, and you can still book it.
Troubleshooting#
