Using your gym's website vs the Levflex app
The website portal and the Levflex app use the same account, credits and bookings. The app adds native push and data export; the web adds calendar connection and Google sign-in.

You can manage your training at your gym in two places: the gym's website portal and the Levflex app for iPhone and Android. Both use the same account, so your credits, bookings, membership and messages are the same in each. A few tasks open in your browser from the app, and a few are only in one place.
Warning: Joining with Google on the website and then trying the app can result in a sign-in error, because the app uses email and password. Always set a password with Forgot password? before you switch to the app.
Before you begin#
- Know your gym's website address, or find it in the app with How to find your gym in the Levflex app.
- Use the same email in both.

Steps to use both#
- Sign in on your gym's website.
- Set a password if you use Google. See How to reset your password.
- Install the Levflex app and find your gym.
- Sign in with the same email and password.
Common mistakes#
Making a second account in the app#
Use Sign in in the app, not Join, if you already have an account on the website.
Expecting the app to show a different gym's account#
The app shows one gym at a time. Switch with Account > Switch gym.
Adding the website to your Home Screen and missing push#
On iPhone, web push only works when the portal is opened from your Home Screen. The app has push built in.
