How to delete your gym from Levflex
The owner requests deletion from Settings → Danger zone by typing the gym name; support emails within one business day, and nothing is deleted until then.

Deleting your gym permanently removes your website, client portal, client accounts, bookings and payment history. It can't be undone. Only the owner can request it. Nothing is deleted right away: Levflex support emails you within one business day to confirm, help you export your client list and settle any open payments.
Warning: Deleting your gym erases every client account and their history and can't be undone. Always export your client list and settle open payments first.
Before you begin#
- Sign in as the gym's owner.
- Export your clients from Clients → Export CSV.
- Stop client memberships from Payments → Client payments → Refund a payment → Stop this membership.
- If you only want to stop paying, cancel your plan instead. Your data is kept.
Steps#
- Go to Settings → Danger zone.
- Read Stop paying for Levflex. If that's all you need, select Manage plan.
- Under Delete and your gym's name, add anything we should know in Anything we should know? (optional).
- Type your gym's name exactly to confirm.
- Select Request account deletion. You'll see Request received.

Common mistakes#
Deleting to stop billing#
Cancelling is enough to stop charges. Deleting removes everything for good.
Leaving memberships running in Stripe#
Your Stripe account is separate. Cancel memberships there, or clients keep being charged.
Changing your mind too late#
Before support completes the deletion, reply to their email or write to [email protected] to stop it.
Support will email the owner's address to confirm before anything is removed.
