How to export your client list

Go to Clients and select Export CSV to download the clients in your current view, with their spend and booking history.

1 min readUpdated November 3, 2026

This article shows owners and admins how to download your client list as a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. The export includes the clients shown in your current Clients view, so set your filter first. Treat the file carefully because it contains personal details.

Warning: The CSV contains client names and contact details. Sharing or storing it carelessly can result in a privacy breach. Always keep the file somewhere private.

Before you begin#

  • Sign in as the owner or an admin.
  • Decide which clients you need. The export follows your current filter.

Steps#

  1. Go to Clients.
  2. Choose the filter you want, for example all clients or only active ones.
  3. Select Export CSV. The file downloads.
  4. Open it in your spreadsheet app.

Common mistakes#

Exporting a filtered view by accident#

If you'd filtered to Premium clients, only they're exported. Clear the filter and export again.

Expecting payment card details#

Card details are held by Stripe and never exported. Use your Stripe dashboard for payment records.

Opening the file with the wrong encoding#

If names with accents look wrong, import the CSV as UTF-8 in your spreadsheet app.

For a full copy of your gym's data before you leave, ask support when you request account deletion.
