Levflex plans compared: Starter, Growth and Pro
Starter is $49/month for 100 clients and 2 staff; Growth is $129 for 500 clients, 10 staff and a custom domain; Pro is $249 for unlimited use and no Levflex branding.

Levflex has three plans. They differ in how many active clients and staff seats you can have, whether you can connect a custom domain, and whether Powered by Levflex shows on your site. Every plan includes your website, client portal and app, booking, and payments. If you go over a limit, nothing is deleted, but you can't add more clients or staff until you upgrade.
Warning: Choosing a plan below your current usage is blocked until you trim clients or staff. Always compare your Usage on Billing with the limits below.

Prices are in USD. Yearly billing saves about 17% compared with 12 monthly payments. The pricing page at levflex.com/pricing also lists extras for higher plans, such as email and push campaigns on Growth and priority support on Pro.
Which plan fits#
- Starter fits a solo trainer or a small studio with up to 100 regulars and one other coach.
- Growth fits most gyms: up to 500 active clients, a team of 10 and your own domain such as www.yourgym.com.
- Pro fits large or multi-coach gyms that want no limits and no Levflex branding.
During your free trial you get Growth limits, so you can try a custom domain and invite your team before you decide.
What counts toward the limits#
- Active clients: client accounts that haven't been deactivated. Deactivated clients don't count.
- Staff seats: the owner, admins and trainers who aren't deactivated.
When you get close to your client limit#
Levflex warns you before anyone is turned away:

Common mistakes#
Counting only trainers as staff#
The owner takes a staff seat too. On Starter, that leaves room for one more team member.
Forgetting your custom domain on Starter#
Custom domains need Growth or Pro. If you connected one during your trial, it stops working when you move to Starter. Your your-gym.levflex.com address keeps working.
Keeping inactive clients active#
Clients who left still count until you deactivate them. Deactivate them from the client's profile to free up room.
