Your Stripe payouts are missing or late
Check Payouts enabled on Settings → Payments, then the Payouts tab; most missing payouts are a first-payout delay, a hold for missing details, or a failed bank transfer.

This article helps when client payments haven't reached your bank. Most late payouts have one of three causes: it's your first payout, Stripe is holding payouts until you give it more details, or the bank transfer failed. Levflex doesn't hold your money; payouts come from your Stripe account. The one exception: during a security check, Levflex pauses automatic payouts and the money waits in your Stripe balance.
Warning: Leaving Stripe's requests unanswered can result in payouts staying paused. Always complete anything listed under Stripe still needs:.

Common mistakes#
Counting membership payments that haven't renewed yet#
Monthly memberships charge on each client's renewal date, not all on the same day. Check Payments → Client payments.
Reading Revenue · 30 days as money in the bank#
The Revenue · 30 days figure on Overview is sales minus refunds. It isn't the same as what has been paid out.
Asking Levflex to release funds#
Levflex can't see your Stripe balance or release a payout Stripe is holding. Stripe support can, from Open Stripe dashboard ↗. The only payouts Levflex pauses are during a security check, shown as Payouts to your bank are paused, and support resumes them.
Every payout and its expected arrival date are listed on Settings → Payments → Payouts.
