How to create your member account at a gym
Create a member account on your gym's website or in the Levflex app with your name, email and a password of 8 or more characters.

A member account lets you buy sessions, book times and get messages from your gym. You create it once per gym, either on the gym's website or in the Levflex app, and the same email and password then work in both places. Use an email you check, because booking confirmations and password codes go there.
Warning: Signing up with a different email than the one your gym already has on file can result in a second, empty account without your credits. Always use the email your gym knows, or ask the gym which email it has for you.
Before you begin#
- Know your gym's website address (it often looks like yourgym.levflex.com) or have the Levflex app installed.
- Choose a password of at least 8 characters.
- If a friend referred you, have their referral code. Their referral link fills it in for you.
On the web#
- Open your gym's website and select Sign in, then Create an account.
- Enter your Full name, Email and Password (8+ characters). Phone (optional) helps the gym reach you.
- Enter a Referral code (optional) if a friend gave you one.
- Select Create Account.
- Read the welcome screen. Connecting a calendar there is optional.
You can also select Sign up with Google to use your Google account instead of a password.
In the Levflex app#
- Find your gym in the app. See How to find your gym in the Levflex app.
- Tap Join [gym name] on the gym's welcome screen.
- Enter your Full name, Email, Password and, if you have one, a Referral code.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Tap Create account.
Common mistakes#
Creating a second account#
If you already booked at the gym on its website, you already have an account. Sign in instead. A new account starts with 0 credits and no booking history, and the gym would have to merge your records by hand.
Expecting Google sign-in to work in the app#
Accounts made with Sign up with Google on the web don't have a password yet, and the app signs in with email and password. Use Forgot password? in the app to set one. See How to reset your password.
Signing up when the gym isn't taking new members#
If you see This gym isn't taking new sign-ups right now, the gym has paused new accounts. Contact the gym directly. Levflex can't open sign-ups for a gym.
Typing the referral code after signing up#
The referral code only counts when it's entered at sign-up. If you forgot it, ask your gym. Your friend earns their free session after your first completed session.
Troubleshooting#
