How to start your free Levflex trial

This article shows you how to create your gym on Levflex and start your 14-day free trial. When you finish, your dashboard, website and client portal are ready to set up. No card is needed, but choose your web address carefully because links you share depend on it.

Before you begin#

• An email address you check often. You'll sign in to your dashboard with it.
• Your gym or studio name.
• A rough idea of your gym type and how many active members you have.
• About 5 minutes.

Steps#

1. Go to levflex.com/signup.
2. Enter your details under About you: Your name, Email and Password. These are your dashboard sign-in details.
3. Type your Gym or studio name. Levflex suggests a Web address from it, such as your-gym.levflex.com.
4. Check the web address. Wait for the availability check to finish, and edit it if it's taken.
5. Choose What kind of gym?, then add Active members, City and State.
6. Pick an Accent colour and a Website template under Make it yours. The Live preview shows how your site will look.
7. Select the button to finish. You'll see Setting up your gym… and then your dashboard opens.

What's included in the trial#

One free trial per owner#

Each owner gets one free trial. If you sign up for another gym, for example a second location, with the same email address, that gym starts without a trial. Variations of the same address count as the same email, such as capital letters, a +tag ([email protected]) or, for Gmail, extra dots.

When this happens, your new gym is created as normal and you'll see This gym starts without a free trial. on your dashboard. Choose a plan from Billing within 7 days to keep the new gym's website and client portal online. Your first gym and its plan aren't affected.

Common mistakes#

Using an email you don't check#

Levflex sends billing notices and support replies to the owner's email. If it goes to an old or shared inbox, you can miss your trial-end reminder. Use an address you read every day.

Expecting members to sign in at levflex.com#

Your members sign in on your gym's own site (for example your-gym.levflex.com), not on levflex.com. Share your gym's address, or the sign-up link from Clients → Copy sign-up link.

Waiting until the last day to choose a plan#

If you choose a plan during the trial, your remaining trial days carry over, so there's no benefit to waiting. Choosing early avoids your site going offline if you forget.

Choosing a web address you'll outgrow#

Your web address is also how members find you in the Levflex app. Pick your gym's real name rather than a temporary one, so you don't have to change it and break shared links later.

Troubleshooting#

• Does the web address say it's taken?
  • Yes
    Add your city or a word like training or fit, for example stockton-training.
  • No
    Continue to the next field.
• Does your new gym say it starts without a free trial?
  • Yes
    You've had a trial before with this email. Choose a plan from Billing. If you think this is a mistake, contact support from levflex.com/help.
  • No
    Your trial is running. The days left show on your dashboard banner.
• Did the page show an error when you finished?
  • Yes
    Check that every required field is filled in, then try again. If it keeps failing, contact support from levflex.com/help.
  • No
    Your dashboard opens. Start with How to set up your gym in your first week.

Your trial starts the moment your dashboard opens. You can see the days left on the banner at the top of your dashboard and on Settings → Plan & billing.
