What happens when your free trial ends

Your free trial lasts 14 days. If you choose a plan before it ends, nothing changes for you or your clients, and your remaining trial days carry over. If you don't, your website and client portal go offline 7 days after the trial ends, though your data is kept.

Timeline#

Does choosing a plan early cost me trial days?#

No. When you choose a plan during the trial, your plan starts on your trial end date and you aren't charged before then. The Billing page confirms this with you won't be charged before then.

Is my data deleted?#

No. Clients, bookings, payments and content are kept. Choose a plan any time from Settings → Plan & billing and your site comes back online.

What happens to plan limits?#

During the trial you get Growth limits. On the Starter plan you can have up to 100 active clients and 2 staff seats. If you have more than that, you'll need to deactivate some before you can choose Starter. See Levflex plans compared.

Common mistakes#

Assuming the trial converts automatically#

There's no card on file during the trial, so nothing renews automatically. You need to choose a plan.

Thinking the grace period is extra trial#

The 7 days after the trial are a safety net. You still need a plan to keep going, and banners stay red until you choose one.

Picking Starter with more than 100 clients#

Starter allows 100 active clients and 2 staff seats. If you're over, the plan button is disabled with a message explaining what to trim. Choose Growth or deactivate clients first.

Troubleshooting#

• Is your site showing as offline?
  • Yes
    Go to Settings → Plan & billing and select Choose and the plan name, for example Choose Growth. Your site returns once the subscription is active.
  • No
    You're still in the trial or grace period. Choose a plan to avoid interruption.
