How to reset your password
Use Forgot password to get a 6-digit code by email, valid for 10 minutes, then choose a new password of 8 or more characters.

If you've forgotten your password, you can choose a new one with a 6-digit code sent to your email. The code works for 10 minutes, and after 5 wrong tries you need a new one. The same steps set a first password if you joined with Google and now want to use the Levflex app.
Warning: Requesting codes over and over can result in being blocked for up to an hour. Always wait a few minutes and check your spam folder before you request another code.
Before you begin#
- Know which gym the account is at. Each gym has its own account and its own password.
- Have access to the email inbox you use at that gym.
- Pick a new password of at least 8 characters.
On the web#
- Open your gym's website and select Sign in.
- Select Forgot password? under the password field.
- Enter the email you use at the gym and select Email Me a Code.
- Open the email from your gym and copy the 6-digit code.
- Enter the code in 6-digit code and your new password in New password (8+ characters).
- Select Set Password & Sign In.
In the Levflex app#
- Open the app on your gym's sign-in screen and tap Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and tap Send code.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the email in 6-digit code.
- Enter your New password and tap Set password and sign in.
- Tap Send a new code if the code expired or didn't arrive.
- Enter the code from your authenticator app if you see Two-step verification. This only appears if you turned on two-step verification.
If the app shows Choose a new password when you sign in, your gym unlocked your account and you need a new password first. Tap Choose a new password, and the reset screen opens with your email filled in. If it shows Your account is locked, a reset won't help: contact your gym to unlock it first.
Common mistakes#
Using an old code#
Only the newest code works, and each code expires 10 minutes after it's sent. If you see That code has expired. Request a new one, request a new code and use it straight away.
Resetting at the wrong gym#
The code is sent only if the email has an account at the gym you're on. For security, the screen looks the same either way. If no email arrives, check that you're on the right gym's website or that the right gym is chosen in the app.
Typing the code wrong too many times#
After 5 wrong codes, you'll see Too many wrong codes. Request a new one. Request a fresh code rather than trying again with the old one.
Expecting other devices to stay signed in#
Changing your password signs you out of the Levflex app on your other devices. Sign in again on each one with the new password.
