I can't sign in to my gym account
Most sign-in problems come from the wrong gym, a Google-only account or an old password. This guide matches each error message to a fix.

When you can't sign in, the error message tells you why. Each gym on Levflex has its own accounts, so the most common cause is signing in at a different gym from the one where you joined. This guide matches each message to the fix.
Warning: Creating a new account to get around a sign-in problem can result in an empty account without your credits, bookings or membership. Always reset your password on your existing account instead.
Before you begin#
- Know the gym where you created your account.
- Know the email you used to sign up.
- Make sure your phone or computer is online.
Steps#
- Check the gym name shown on the sign-in screen. In the app it says Sign in to [gym name].
- Read the error message and find it in the table below.
- Select Forgot password? if you're not sure of your password, and follow How to reset your password.
- Sign in again with the new password.
What each sign-in message means#
| Message | What it means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| That email and password don't match an account at this gym | Wrong password, wrong email or wrong gym | Check the gym, then use Forgot password? |
| This account signs in with Google on the web | You joined with Google, so the account has no password for the app | Use Forgot password? in the app to set one |
| This account has been disabled. Contact the gym for help | The gym turned off your account | Contact your gym |
| Your session expired or You were signed out | You changed your password or signed out on another device | Sign in again |
| This gym has turned off app access | The gym switched off the app | See Why the app says your gym is unavailable |
| This account is locked to protect it (web) or Your account is locked (app) | The account was locked after a possible hack, by you or your gym | Contact your gym. In the app, tap Contact [gym name]. See If you think your gym account was hacked |
| Choose a new password | Your gym unlocked your account, and you must choose a new password first | Tap Choose a new password in the app, or use Forgot password? on the web |
| Two-step verification screen asks for a code | Two-step verification is on for your account | Enter the code from your authenticator app, or tap Use a recovery code instead. See Lost your phone or recovery codes |
| That code didn't work | The authenticator code was wrong or old | Use the newest code, and make sure your phone sets its time automatically |
| That sign-in took too long or Too many wrong codes | The 10 minutes to enter the code ran out, or 5 codes were wrong | Sign in again with your password to get a new code request |
| Too many tries | Several failed attempts in a short time | Wait the time shown, then try once more |
Common mistakes#
Signing in at the wrong gym#
An email that works at one gym won't work at another until you join that gym too. In the app, tap Not your gym? Choose another on the gym's welcome screen. On the web, use the gym's own website address.
Using Google in the app#
The Levflex app signs in with email and password. If you always use Continue with Google on the website, set a password once with Forgot password? and you can use both.
Using an old version of the app with two-step verification#
If the app says to enter the 6-digit code but shows no box to type it, you have an older version of the Levflex app. Update the app, or sign in on your gym's website meanwhile.
Typing the email with a space or capital letter on a phone#
Phones sometimes add a space after the email or capitalise the first letter. Check both, or let your password manager fill them in.
