How to find your gym in the Levflex app

The Levflex app works with the gym you train at. Before you can sign in or book, you choose that gym in the app, and the app then shows the gym's own name, logo and colours. Each gym has its own account for you, so make sure you pick the exact gym where you buy your sessions.

Before you begin#

• Install the Levflex app on your iPhone or Android phone.
• Have one of these from your gym: its name and city, its gym code, its QR code or its invite link.
• If you already book on your gym's website, use the same email address in the app.

Find your gym by name, code or QR code#

1. Open the Levflex app and tap Find my gym (or Skip on the intro screens).
2. Type at least 2 letters of your gym's name or city in Gym name or city, for example Stockton.
3. Tap your gym in the results list.
4. Check the name, logo and address on the welcome screen.
5. Tap Sign in if you already have an account, or Join [gym name] to create one.

To use a gym code instead, type it under Have a gym code? in Gym code and tap Open gym. The code is the last part of your gym's invite link, for example the code in levflex.com/app/stockton is stockton.

To scan, tap Scan QR code, tap Allow camera and point your camera at the gym's Levflex QR code. The app uses the camera only to read the code. Nothing is recorded or saved.

Open your gym's invite link#

1. Open the invite link your gym sent you, which looks like levflex.com/app/yourgym.
2. Tap Download on the App Store or Get it on Google Play if you don't have the app yet.
3. Open the same link again once the app is installed, and the app opens straight to your gym.
4. Tap Continue on the web if you'd rather book on the gym's website instead.

Common mistakes#

Searching with fewer than 2 letters#

The search starts after you type 2 letters. If you see Type at least 2 letters, keep typing. If no gyms match, check the spelling or ask your gym for its code.

Picking a gym with a similar name#

Many gyms have similar names. Check the city under each result and the logo on the welcome screen. If it isn't your gym, tap Not your gym? Choose another.

Expecting one account across every gym#

Each gym has its own account, even with the same email. To open a different gym, the app asks you to sign out first with Sign out and switch. Your bookings and credits at the first gym aren't affected.

Scanning a QR code that isn't a Levflex invite#

If you see That QR code isn't a Levflex gym invite, the code is for something else, like a website or menu. Ask the front desk for the Levflex code, or tap Type the code instead.

Troubleshooting#

• Does the search show your gym?
  • Yes
    Tap it and continue to sign in.
  • No
    Try the city instead of the name, or type the gym code. If you see We couldn't find a gym with that code, check the code with your gym.
• Does the app say App access is off?
  • Yes
    Your gym has turned off the app. See Why the app says your gym is unavailable.
  • No
    Continue to Create your member account.
• Is the camera blocked?
  • Yes
    Turn on camera access for Levflex in your phone's settings, or tap Type the code instead.
  • No
    Hold the phone steady about 20 cm from the code in good light.

Once you've chosen your gym, the app remembers it. You can change it later from Account with Switch gym.
