I didn't get the code email

If a 6-digit code or confirmation email doesn't arrive, check spam, confirm the email and gym are right, and wait before requesting another, because codes are limited to 5 an hour.

2 min readUpdated November 3, 2026

Password codes and account emails usually arrive within a minute or two. When they don't, the cause is almost always the spam folder, a different email address or a different gym. Work through the checks below before requesting more codes, because requests are limited to protect your account.

Warning: Requesting more than 5 codes in an hour can result in being blocked from new codes for up to an hour. Always check spam and wait 5 minutes before you ask again.

Before you begin#

  • Know the exact email address you used to sign up at the gym.
  • Know which gym the account is at.
  • Have your email inbox open on any device.

Steps#

  1. Wait 5 minutes after requesting the code.
  2. Search your inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders for your gym's name. Emails are sent in your gym's name from a Levflex address.
  3. Check the email you typed for typos, such as gmial.com.
  4. Confirm you're on the right gym's website, or that the app shows the right gym.
  5. Request one new code with Send a new code in the app or Email Me a Code on the web.
  6. Use the newest code within 10 minutes.

Common mistakes#

Requesting several codes in a row#

Each new code replaces the last one, so the first email to arrive may already be out of date. Request once, wait, then use the newest email.

Assuming the screen means an account exists#

For security, the screen always says it sent a code if the account exists. It doesn't confirm that an account exists. If nothing arrives, you may not have an account with that email at that gym.

Using a work email with strict filters#

Some company email systems hold or block automated emails. Check with your IT team, or ask your gym to change the email on your account to a personal one.

Troubleshooting#

  • Did you find the email in spam?
    • Yes
Use the newest code and mark the email not spam so the next one arrives normally.
    • No
      Go to the next question.
  • Are you sure of the email and gym?
    • Yes
Wait an hour and request one new code. If it still doesn't arrive, contact your gym to confirm the email on your account.
    • No
Ask your gym which email it has for you, then follow How to reset your password.

The same checks apply to the confirmation link for deleting your account from the web, which works for 1 hour.
