Change your name, phone and password under Account on the web or in the app. To change your email, contact your gym.

You can keep your name, phone number and password up to date yourself from Account. Your email is how your gym identifies you, so only your gym can change it. If you use Google on the website, you can also set a password so you can sign in to the app.
Warning: Changing your password in the app signs you out of your other devices. Always have the new password handy before you sign in on them again.
Before you begin#
- Sign in to the gym's portal or the Levflex app.
- In the app, have your current password, unless you're setting one for the first time.
On the web#
- Select Account in the portal menu.
- Update Full name or Phone.
- Type a new password in New password (leave blank to keep), if you want to change it. It needs 8 or more characters. Then enter your Current password (needed to change your password). If you sign in only with Google, you won't see this field.
- Select Save Changes. You'll see Changes saved.
In the Levflex app#
- Go to Account > Profile to change your name or phone, then save.
- Go to Account > Password (or Set a password if you don't have one).
- Enter your Current password, New password and Confirm new password.
- Tap Update password. You'll see Password updated. Your other devices were signed out.
- Go to Account > Sign-in & security to turn on two-step verification or to Sign out of all devices.

Common mistakes#
Trying to change your email yourself#
The email can't be edited by members. The app says To change your email, contact [gym]. Your gym can update it for you.
Disconnecting Google without a password#
If you see Set a password first, so you can still sign in without Google, add a password in Account first, then select Disconnect Google.
Forgetting your current password in the app#
If you can't remember your current password, sign out and use Forgot password? instead. See How to reset your password.
