How to delete your account at a gym

Delete your account in the app under Account > Delete account, or from the web at levflex.com/account-deletion. Memberships end without a refund and remaining credits are lost.

You can delete your account at a gym at any time, in the Levflex app or from the web. Deleting is permanent. Your membership is cancelled straight away without a refund, upcoming bookings are cancelled without returning credits, and any remaining credits are lost. Before you confirm, you'll see anything you still owe your gym, which stays owed after deleting.

Warning: Deleting your account can result in losing all remaining session credits and cancelling your membership without a refund. Always use or ask your gym about your credits, and export your data, before you delete.

Before you begin#

  • Use or give up your remaining credits. They can't be returned after deleting.
  • Export your data if you want a copy. See How to export your data and manage privacy.
  • Check for anything you owe, like an unpaid membership payment or a contract buyout.
  • Know that deleting at one gym doesn't affect your accounts at other gyms.

In the Levflex app#

  1. Go to Account > Delete account.
  2. Review What happens, including your credits, bookings, membership and any amount you owe.
  3. Tap Pay now next to any balance, if you want to pay it first.
  4. Enter your Password and type DELETE in Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web#

  1. Go to levflex.com/account-deletion.
  2. Enter Your gym's address, for example yourgym.levflex.com or just the gym code, and your Email address.
  3. Select Email me a confirmation link.
  4. Open the link in the email within 1 hour.
  5. Review the summary and select Delete my account.

Common mistakes#

Deleting to cancel a membership#

If you only want to stop paying, cancel the membership with Manage membership instead. Deleting also loses your credits and history.

Expecting deletion to clear a balance#

Deleting doesn't cancel what you owe. You can delete first, and you'll get payment links by email.

Deleting a gym owner account#

Gym owners can't delete their account this way. Owners close a gym from the dashboard under Settings > Danger zone.

Troubleshooting#

  • Didn't get the confirmation email from the web?
  • Does the link say This link has expired?
    • Yes
Request a new link. Each link works for 1 hour.
    • No
      Confirm the deletion.

You get a confirmation email once your account is deleted. You can join the gym again later with a new account.
